OUR SHIPPING POLICY
- After order confirmation, processing time is usually 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time is typically 8–10 working days with Free Shipping.
For Quick Shipping, delivery is in 4–5 working days (charges apply).
- We ship orders using DHL and FedEx express services.
- Tracking number is provided by email once the order is shipped.
- Free shipping available worldwide (except restricted countries)
- After shipping, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Track your shipment on the courier’s website anytime.
- Orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Customs taxes and duties (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
- If your order is missing or delayed, contact Customer Support immediately.
- Lost or damaged parcels will be replaced or you will receive store credit.
- No refunds if delivery is refused or incorrect address is provided.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can leave a signed note for a neighbor.
